The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
ELIGIBILITY: The Paris Hilton’s Sliving Spa Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees, officers or directors of Standard Giving Co., Parívie, 11:11 Media Impact, Paris Hilton, or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Paris Hilton’s Sliving Spa Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on 06/10/2025 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends on 07/17/2025 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes End Date”) (such period referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). All times are measured in Pacific Time (PT), the local time in Los Angeles, California. The Sweepstakes is administered by Standard Giving Co., address at 6320 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Suite 1630, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, United States (the “Administrator,”) and sponsored by 11:11 Media Impact, 269 S Beverly Drive, Ste 338, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (the “Sponsor.”)
HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways of sweepstakes entry.
(1) Automatic Entry via Subscription:
Any eligible individual who subscribes to the Standard Giving x Paris Hilton x Parívie Kindness Campaign during the Sweepstakes Entry Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Subscribing at a higher tier or multiple times will not increase your chances of winning. All subscriptions are non-refundable and will be charged on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
(2) Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without subscribing, individuals may complete the online entry form available at: https://standardgiving.typeform.com/slivingsweeps
Entries submitted via either method will be treated equally for purposes of winner selection.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
SELECTION OF WINNER: On or about 07/18/2025 PT (the "Drawing Date"), the Administrator will select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner (“Potential Winner”) in accordance with these Official Rules. The Administrator’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
The Potential Winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The Potential Winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry, and will be conditionally awarded the Grand Prize, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
If the Potential Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be chosen at the Sponsor’s discretion. The notification will include instructions for confirming identity, providing any required information (such as name, address, and completed documentation), and completing necessary paperwork.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct a background check on the Potential Winner and their guest, particularly in connection with any public appearance, celebrity involvement, or media coverage associated with the prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to fully cooperate with any requested background check and to provide necessary authorizations. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. If the background check reveals conduct that could harm the reputation or business interests of the Sponsor, Administrator, or associated talent (e.g., Paris Hilton), the Potential Winner may be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate, time permitting.
In the event of disqualification, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate Potential Winner, chosen by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. All Potential Winners must complete and return required consents, releases, and verification documentation as required by law and these rules.
NOTIFICATION: The Potential Winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Notification will occur on or about July 18, 2025. The Potential Winner will have 24 hours to respond to the notification and confirm eligibility. If no response is received within 24 hours, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
The notification email will include instructions for verifying identity, completing required documentation (such as a DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE document and a PRIZE TRAVEL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY document) and next steps on coordinating travel arrangements. Failure to complete these steps within the timeframe provided may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for delays, technical failures, or errors in contact information that may prevent notification or delivery of prize materials.
PRIZES/ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Only one entry per subscriber or person.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Timing of the Grand Prize trip will be based on availability from Sponsor. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor The prize is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. If the advertised prize (or any portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The Sponsor and Administrator are responsible only for prize delivery, not for the prize’s utility, condition, or enjoyment. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize, as well as all expenses not explicitly listed in the prize description (e.g., meals, beverages, ground transportation, and personal incidentals), are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner. Inappropriate conduct or failure to follow posted rules may result in disqualification and/or removal from the venue or experience.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS: Due to the nature of the Prize, the Potential Winner and Guest must be available to travel or the Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Potential Winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting, in Administrator's sole discretion. If Sweepstakes Prize includes international travel, Potential Winner must possess the necessary travel documents (e.g., Passport) at the time of notification or the Sweepstake Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Potential Winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting, in Administrator's sole discretion. All dates are subject to change. The Guest must complete and return all requested liability, publicity (where permitted by law) and other consents, releases and/or other documentation prior to Sweepstakes Prize travel dates. Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. In the event of cancellation or unavailability after travel has been booked, the remainder of the trip will be awarded as the complete Sweepstakes Prize. Allow up to 6-10 weeks after winner validation for delivery or arrangement for delivery of prize. Actual value may vary depending on departure and destination cities, dates of travel, and fluctuations in travel costs. Any difference between actual value and advertised value will not be awarded. Administrator, in its sole discretion, shall determine which airport is closest to the Sweepstakes Winner's home. If Sweepstakes Winner resides within a 200-mile radius of destination city, Administrator reserves the right to substitute round-trip ground transportation to/from Sweepstakes Winner's residence in lieu of air transportation. Sweepstakes Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. TRAVEL SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND BLACKOUT DATES. Sweepstakes Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including but not limited to all necessary photo IDs, passports and other documents required for travel. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's designated agent and on an airline carrier of Administrator's choice. If Sweepstakes Winner elects to travel or participate in the Sweepstakes Prize travel without a Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Administrator. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by Administrator's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Sweepstakes Winner's and their Guest's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Sweepstakes Winner, their Guest and such transportation companies. Lost, stolen, mutilated or damaged airline or other tickets, vouchers and certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as part of the Sweepstakes Prize. If a stopover occurs, the prize travel will terminate and Sweepstakes Winner and their Guests will be responsible for the full fare that will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Winner is solely responsible for charges or fees for any elective supplements or changes, including but not limited to ticket changes, cabin upgrades, elective departure or arrival date changes, inflight amenities, early check-in and/or late check-out, incidental charges, or room upgrades. Airline tickets issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flier miles or upgrades. Sweepstakes Winner and Guest(s) must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a payment card for incidental expenses, which are the responsibility of Sweepstakes Winner. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. Additional restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if the Sweepstakes Winner does not use any event tickets on day of the applicable event.
ADDITIONAL RULES: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these rules and any disclosures or other statements contained in promotional materials or advertising, these Official Rules shall prevail.
Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, due to human error, technical issues, or any other cause, more potential winners are notified than intended, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize(s) in a random drawing among all verified, eligible claimants.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 11:11 Media Impact, Standard Giving Co., Parívie, Paris Hilton, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(i) Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
(ii) Technical errors or failures of any kind
(iii) Unauthorized human intervention
(iv) Any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation or receipt of any prize
Nothing in these rules limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
